Good Tracker

Picture
I firmly believe that it's a good thing to keep track of the good that happens in our lives. If we dwell on the negative, it's so easy to be blinded to the small acts of kindness, privileges, and opportunities that come our way every day. So, I modified an Excel template to create a Good Tracker, just for you. Use it daily to keep track of the good things that happen to you, the stuff you do to pay the goodness forward, and the little things that you do to be kind to yourself. I put in a few examples in the template, but feel free to adapt it so that it meets your needs!

Clothing Tracker

If you're like me, you have clothes hanging in your closet that don't fit you, are stained, or worn out. Hanging on to them is likely creating stress as you dig through piles looking for something that you like, and that looks good on you. Why do we do this to ourselves? Why do we hang on to stuff that we don't need, and that make us feel bad?!?

Here's my solution - a weekly clothing tracker. It's easy to forget that your sweater is itchy and distracting the second it hits the hamper (or the closet floor). So download the free clothing tracker. Keep tabs on what you wear, and how it makes you feel. If it's terrible, write that down. THEN FOLLOW THROUGH, and do something about it (meaning: don't let it hang around your closet any more.) Wear what feels good, and be happy.

Thank You Notes

If I could write thank you cards to all the legions of talented graphic artists who share their hard work for free, I would. But since that's not possible, I'll share some of the fruits of their labor here. Download these gems and share their love by saying "thank you" early and often.
